Privacy policy
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads no third-party scripts or fonts, and uses no local storage. That is why there is no consent banner: there is nothing to consent to. The little processing that does happen is described completely on this page.

1 · Who is responsible (controller)
Vozern (vozern.com), currently operated by its founder; a legal entity is being established and this section will be updated with its registered name and address. Privacy contact: collinangula@gmail.com.
2 · What is processed, why, and on what legal basis
| Activity | Data | Purpose | Legal basis (GDPR) | Retention |

We do not access, enrich, or analyse these logs. | Serving the site; security and abuse prevention by the host | Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): operating a website | Per GitHub's log retention; not retained by us |

3 · Recipients & international transfers
The site is hosted by GitHub, Inc. (GitHub Pages), a US company; GitHub processes visitor IP addresses as our hosting provider under its privacy statement, with transfers safeguarded by GitHub's certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. Email you send us is processed by our email provider. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with anyone else.
4 · Your rights
Under the GDPR (and equivalent laws) you can ask us for:
| Access: a copy of personal data we hold about you (Art. 15) | Rectification: correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16) |
| Erasure: deletion of your data (Art. 17) | Restriction: limiting how we process it (Art. 18) |
| Portability: your data in a machine-readable format (Art. 20) | Objection: to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21) |
Email any request to collinangula@gmail.com. In practice the only data we are likely to hold about you is the email thread you already have. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
5 · The product is a different story, a better one
This policy covers the website. The Attest product is engineered so that no customer or employee personal data reaches Vozern at all: the scanner runs locally and the control plane is self-hosted on the customer's own infrastructure. What the customer's own control plane receives is signed control evidence (outcomes, counts, hashes), never inventories or activity. The full data-boundary specification, disclosure tiers, and DPIA-ready answers are on the security & privacy architecture page.
6 · Changes
If we ever add anything that processes personal data (a booking widget, a form, sign-in), this page will say so before it happens, and if anything ever requires consent, we will ask for it then. The "last updated" date above tracks every change, and the page's full history is public in the site's git log.
